Exhibition

Booksolve.net has been broken down into modules to make it a bespoke system that can work for a number of businesses. These modules include stock control, invoicing, EDI and exhibition. 

Our specially developed exhibition module works for businesses that have stock outside their own premises.

You can successfully and efficiently track stock that is owned by your business but might be out on loan, taken to an exhibition or out on consignment.

The module links to the standard invoicing and SOP module so you can convert the catalogues or sale/return orders to invoices. 

The exhibition module allows you to:

• Create a catalogue list that can be sent to customers to prompt them to make an order

• Convert the catalogue lists to customer orders or sale/return orders assigned to a specific customer

• Track the stock using an “on exhibition” indicator on the stock enquiry screen

• Produce standard invoicing documents for sale or return consignments.

It can also allow the customer to return stock and pay for the balance.
