Orders are executed very quickly so cancellations are not, in general, possible (though we do offer a returns service - see below). However, if you do find you have made a mistake please contact us immediately so that we can try to intercept your order.
In the event that you should decide to cancel an order before it is dispatached, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your name and order reference number.
You can return the goods supplied at any time up to fourteen working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. If you do so, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If an item is faulty or if we have made a mistake we will be happy to offer a refund, an exchange or a credit note. Please contact us for details of our returns policy.
