Your Booksolve Implementation is accompanied by a Support Contract which provides you with after sales service. This gives you peace of mind so that should you need further guidance after implementation you can contact our support team.
The support team log and track every query on a call management system so that calls can be routed to the most relevant member of the team. The management system also ensures that urgent calls are dealt with quickly.
The standard Booksolve Support Contract covers queries on your Booksolve Software and is not intended to provide a one-stop solution for hardware, networking and communication issues. If you require more comprehensive cover then please raise this with your Account Manager who will be happy to go over the options with you.
The support team are available primarily Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 5.30. However cover can be provided outside of these hours and some customers do have weekend cover.
Your support contract automatically entitles you to receive on-going product developments so you will always be up to date with the latest technology.
