Pubeasy

PubEasy® is the proven online service for booksellers and their suppliers.  PubEasy enables a bookseller to place orders, check title, price and availability, and track the status of any order 24 x 7.  It provides a single login to a secure network of participating publishers, distributors and wholesalers.

A Central database enables searching and ordering across all suppliers.  Existing features include Personal pricing, which displays the price with bookseller trading terms applied, and carrier/shipper links which provide full proof of delivery details.   New features recently implemented include integration with BookSolve, links with Batch.co.uk and Bertline, and the cancellation of dues.

PubEasy is FREE for booksellers and is used by thousands of booksellers in the UK, US and international markets.

The BookSolve link will enable any BookSolve user to transparently gain access to PubEasy for up to date price & availability enquiries, & provide a way to send orders direct to the publisher/distributor as well as obtaining real-time order status.

BATCH

Booksolve are working with BATCH to include additional features

Automated FTP links are used to collect EDN's (Electronic Delivery Notes) on a daily basis and import them into Booksolve at which point 'Expected Delivery Files' are created.

The huge advantage of this system is that it greatly reduces the time taken to process goods inwards.  Some companies have seen reductions in the time taken to process goods inwards of up to 30%

Combined with a method of booking stock into Booksolve called the 'scan check' it is the most efficient way of receiving stock and avoids the lengthy manual process of checking books against an invoice to make sure they have been received.

There is no charge for the service, all that is needed is an Internet connection.
